We provide our employees a professional working culture, safe environment, and opportunities to further their careers within the company. American Truck Centers is a company that is looking to get better every day through employee training and self-reflection. About our Owners

Jason Wilson

I have been in the used semi-truck sales business for the past 13 years. My used truck career started in 2010 when I joined MHC Kenworth in Kansas City, where I worked in the used truck department and gained valuable experience. My dedication and hard work paid off in 2015 when I was promoted to the position of MHC Denver's used truck sales manager.

In 2018, I embarked on an exciting journey by purchasing American Motors alongside Joe Cain from former owner Victor Manilla. We started with just Joe and me, but over the course of five years, we transformed American Motors into a thriving business with 45 employees. Our commitment to growth and excellence led us to expand our services beyond retail sales.

Recognizing the need to provide comprehensive solutions to our customers, we added two full-service service departments to our portfolio. These departments not only enhanced our offerings but solidified our position as a prominent player in the industry. Now, in addition to our successful retail and wholesale sales, we have the expertise and resources to provide top-notch service and maintenance for the trucks we sell.

As a father of four - two boys and two girls - I understand the importance of setting a good example and the value of perseverance. This mindset is deeply ingrained in my work ethic. I am passionate about the used semi-truck sales business, and I strive to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Over the years, I have accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. My goal is to stay at the forefront of industry trends and ensure that American Motors remains a leader in the field. I take great pride in being recognized as a trusted professional in the world of used semi-truck sales.

Joe Cain

I started working in the trucking industry fresh out of high school working as a mechanic, while I was attending college, at the University of Northern Colorado. I graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's degree. I transferred down to the Denver store with the company I was with. In 2011 I was given the opportunity to take on the roll of a shop foreman. That roll gave me the experience to deal with customer and employees.

In 2014 I went into truck sales. In my first 9 months of selling trucks I was able to become and eagle award winner. At the time only 15-20 sales people out 200 - 300 would achieve this each year. This was awarded to the salespeople who hit a certain gross profit set by the company.

In 2015 I was issued the Top eagle award for achieving the highest gross profit in the company in sales. In 2016 - 2018 I finished 2nd in the company in gross profit sales.

In October of 2018 Myself and Jason Wilson Purchased American Truck Centers Inc. When we started took over the company there was only 3 of us working in the office. At the time we only had a sales department. Today we have over 50 employees and 4 locations and 2 full-service dealerships with multiple departments. Each year we have been in business we have been able to achieve a 33% growth year over year. I/we have achieved our success as owner by out working any market conditions, putting our employees in the best possible positions to be successful and being analytical every purchase we make. We have adopted process, that are repeatable and shown to be successful time after time. Early on we where given some advice and that was to protect the bank at all costs.
